The Luscious Australian Summer Food Feast is on!
Slow Food Tamborine invites you to an afternoon of Great Australian Food & Wine to kick off 2008.
Discover new flavours - Taste an array of native bush foods including lemon myrtle, davidson plum, bush pepper and wompee.
Learn - Fresh exciting ways to prepare kangaroo, emu and crocodile with hands-on cooking workshops.
Enjoy - A four course menu amongst food-loving friends in a relaxed, convivial atmosphere.
Experience - A selection of carefully matched wines with each course.
Share - Bring your favourite dessert made form locally sourced ingredients.
When: February 24, 12 noon -6pm
Where: Tamborine Mountain Showgrounds, Main Western Rd, Mt Tamborine
Tickets: $45 for members / $55 for non-members - includes all food and wine (except dessert). Join before the 24th to get your tickets at the member price.
RSVP: We expect bookings to fill quickly and places are limited. Please book and pay by Friday 8th February to ensure a place.
